We understand that online shopping, as convenient as it is, has its limitations. Therefore, should you wish to return your ordered items for a refund or to exchange an item for a different size or colour please follow these steps:

  1. Contact info@safnash.com within 14 days of receipt of the order with its details and explaining reasons for the return or exchange.
  2. We email you a return label
  3. Print out the return label and attached to the package with clear tape.
  4. Post the parcel in a waterproof packaging with label attached within 5 days of receipt of the label.

We strongly recommend you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Saf ‘n Ash.

As soon as we have received and inspected the item, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product. We regret that post charge cannot be refunded.

Please allow 10 working days from our receipt of your returns for us to process a refund.  The time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control.  Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.  If there is a problem with issuing a refund to your card, we will contact you.

PLEASE NOTE:

Sale items can only be exchanged.

The return product must be in its original condition including tags & packaging.

When trying on items, please ensure that they are not kept in contact with anything that may mark or add a scent to them such as perfume, deodorant and cigarettes. We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
